WINTER WEATHER POLICY
Parish Office and Scheduled Masses & Activities
If Our Lady of Hope School/Everett School District closes school on a weekday, then the Parish Office will be closed and all scheduled parish activities for the day and evening will be canceled. Staff will work remotely during regular office hours. If School is delayed (late start) the office will run on the same delayed start as that of the school and district. Daily Mass will still be offered at 9 am on delayed start days.
Closures will be posted on the home page of the parish website.
If weather conditions are unsafe for driving or walking, please stay home.
Dispensation from Obligation to Attend Mass
When travel advisories have been issued, or weather conditions make driving or walking to church dangerous, the Church dispenses us from the obligation to attend Mass in person on Sundays & Holy Days. You are encouraged to watch Mass online. We are also dispensed when we are sick or responsible for the care of another person who cannot be left unattended.
